Hi Andreas,

This is not automated at all, but are you aware that Tycho supports the PDE build root files? Those allow you to include arbitrary files in the product build. This is also shown in one of the Tycho examples. Read the bottom part of http://wiki.eclipse.org/Tycho/Demo_Projects/RCP_Application.
