only maven central for now

we could change https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/tycho-snapshots/org/eclipse/tycho/tycho-bundles-external/0.25.0-SNAPSHOT/ 
to packaging type eclipse-repository and then you could access it at least as zipped p2 repo (maybe later use nexus unzip plugin on repo.eclipse.org )
