A committer election for Tuncay Tunc on project Eclipse Tractus-X
(automotive.tractusx) was started by Stephan Bauer with this criteria:

I would like to nominate Tuncay Tunc to become a committer in the Eclipse
Tractus-X project.

Tuncay (@tuncaytunc-zf -> github) has been contributing to the Tractus-X,
mostly in tractusx-edc since it has started. Overall, his contribution has
been ongoing for more than two years, some of you may know him also as
EDC-Coach in last Tractus-X Community Days.
