Hello Tractus-X Community,

 

our joint Open Refinement took place this week on Wednesday. Thank you very much for your cooperation and the valuable discussions.

Many features were presented and refined. Some features still need further refinement.

 

Next week Wednesday is the Open Planning. Here is the preliminary agenda. The slot length is chosen based on the expected features.

 

09:30 – 10:30	Welcome & Information & Explanation
10:45 – 11:15	Business Partner Data Management
11:15 – 11:45	Knowledge Agent
	Lunch
13:00 – 14:00	Portal, MIW, EDC
14:00 – 14:30	SDE
14:30 – 15:15	SD Factory and Data governance
15:30 – 16:30	Architcture Q&A Session
16:45 – 17:15	Trace-X

 

The organizational prerequisite for the features to be presented in Open Planning is the status. All features

• that have been refined
• and there are no more disagreements,
• or no more coordination is necessary
• and it is clear what is to be developed,

receive the status "Backlog" => That’s your job, please move your issues to the status Backlog.

 

We will work again with the Miro board (networkofnetwork) => I think this worked really well.

 

Goal for the presented features within the Open Planning is to receive the milestone 24.05. This means an official commitment by the teams/community for the feature to be developed within the related development phase.

Hello everyone,

 

I wish you all a happy new year. I hope you are well rested and fit and ready for the open refinement tomorrow.

 

I would like to inform you about the current agenda. This was created at very short notice and reflects the features that are currently available on the Release Planning board (Status Inbox, Prep-Pi12 => currently 39 features) => Please check if your features are on the board

 

 

Since there are also Prep-PI11 features with Status Inbox (4), I would also like to talk about them. Just to not forget something

 

I have prepared a Miro board (networkofnetwork) on which we can work tomorrow. I'll be working on the design and overall content until tomorrow. We have tried to create a possible agenda and have dragged the features into the respective slots. Between every slot we have 15 min (either break or buffer)

 

Please be flexible tomorrow. We may have to change something spontaneously. Please be also active tomorrow. If there are some dependencies, please mention them in the Welcome session.

 

Please make sure that the respective requesters are present and can present the feature.
