[tracecompass-dev] Trace Compass 5.1.0 for Eclipse 2019-09 is released

The Trace Compass team is pleased to announce that the release 5.1.0 for 2019-09 is now available
from the project's download page [1]. Details are available on the New & Noteworthy page [2].
