Hi PMC / EMO,

Something seems wrong about this election as it was passed without the only committer on the project voting on it.

Based on the other emails shared I trust that Jeff would have voted +1 if he had the opportunity. 

@Wayne Beaton - is this a corner case where the PL who started the election is not a committer, and there is only a single committer?
