Dear PMC Members,

please approve the GEF 3.10.0 minor release that is scheduled to coincide
with Mars: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.gef/releases/3.10.0-mars.

The release will contain minor revisions of the Draw2d,
GEF (MVC) 3.x, and Zest 1.x production components, which are in maintenance
mode, as well as a first snapshot of the new GEF4 components, which are
actively being developed.

The project's IP Log has been submitted (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=465725)
and is awaiting approval.
