Yes, I can confirm this: the bison binary is used to generate the parser, but only the generated file is distributed.

I'm fine with this as a "works with" IF it is a "development time" dependency only ... that is, not "check in" to Git repository, not distributed with Titan, that only the
generated parser is checked into Git and distributed.
I think that is what the CQ says ... just being explicit.
