The Eclipse Foundation has received an exciting new Interest Group proposal from EclipseSource, Renesas, and Type Fox.
The proposal outlines the creation of a Toolchain Modernization Strategy Interest Group (IG). This IG aims to share expertise and develop collaborative strategies for modernizing, migrating, and transforming technology stacks. It will address the challenges of evolving both desktop-based and cloud-based products towards more modern, scalable solutions, while also considering emerging technologies – such as artificial intelligence and machine learning – as a key aspect of modernization.
