Hi
Dave,
Have
you tried “log in” at the bottom of the IP Log page ?
This
should allow you to edit active / inactive committers.
I
don’t think the “name” of people or the “organization” of committers is
relevant.
What
counts, as far as I know, is the E-Mail address and whether they’ve
answered the “3 questions” somewhere.
Did
you check the IP contribution review tool to validate the list of
contributions:

HTH,
Thanks,
Martin

Subject: IP Log Review

Our
IP Log needs to be submitted this week.
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/ip_log.php?projectid=tools.tm
I've
reviewed the bugzilla reports for the past year and added iplog+ flags
where necessary. The log looks correct to me from that standpoint. The
CQs look correct as well. There are some contributors
that have "name missing". We know who they are, but I cannot determine
how to get names associated with email addresses in bugzilla. Do you
have any advice here?
The
committer list is a bit puzzling. I don't seem to be able to make
Javier, Kushal, or Michael past committers, nor can I find a way to add
organizations for the committers that don't appear
to have one. Is there some management authority I need that I don't
have?
