A committer election for Jürgen Albert on project OSGi® Technology Project
(technology.osgi-technology) was started by BJ Hargrave with this criteria:

Jürgen is a long time contributor and committer in the OSGi Specification
Project and is planning to contribute some OSGi specification implementations
to the OSGi Technology Project. Given this plan and Jürgen's long history of
contributions to the companion OSGi Specification Project, it is my pleasure
to nominate Jürgen Albert as a committer on OSGi Technology Project.
