Hi Michael,

That is external. :( We don't like external links. They are outside of the project. If the external website goes down the information will be lost.

For the short term, please add some description of the release to:
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.sumo/releases/1.5.0 (that page is currently empty)

Long term, please consider moving the Changelog into the Git repository. I can recommend a CHANGELOG.md file for this (see https://keepachangelog.com/de/1.0.0/ for details).
