A committer election for Sebastian Leuer on project Eclipse CogniCrypt
(technology.cognicrypt) was started by Stefan Krüger with this criteria:

Sebastian Leuer recently joined Fraunhofer IEM as researcher and Ph.D.
student and will, in the future, be heavily involved with and contributing to
the development of the CogniCrypt plugin as well as its building blocks. He
is also currently working on making CogniCrypt more extensible and ready to
be integrated with other IDEs.
