A committer election for Smruti Sahoo on project Eclipse SW360 (technology.sw360) was started by Michael Jaeger with this criteria: Smruti has contributed to sw360 since almost 9 months and got very familiar both with the project technologies and the codebase. In addtion, Smruit has attended apparently all of the bi-weekly public project telcos that I have attended.
