Hello Eric:

By the time the slide deck was attached, the March Board Meeting was well
underway.  

I am adding this request to the agenda for the next Board Meeting scheduled for
May 16th!

In the meantime, I note you are now maintaining Soot.  Is there an opportunity
to relicense the codebase?  How many authors would need to agree to a relicense
and are they easy to track down?
