I have asked Matthew Gerring to take over maintenance of the XYGraph.
Matthew is using the XYGraph extensively at the Diamond Light Source
synchroton [1].

Matthew is a Java software developer working for Diamond Light Source and
was one of the founders of a tech. company called EASA. He is a Java
enthusiast and enjoying the great stuff coming to Java in recent years. He
has been working with XY Graph since before it became part of Nebula and is
committed to keeping XY Graph in Nebula. 

Matthew is project lead on two new eclipse projects:

=?UTF-8?Q?=C3=82=C2=B7?=        Eclipse Rich Beans 
Matthew is a steering committee member of the Eclipse Science Group.

I cannot provide you with a list of bugzilla bugs that Matt has contributed
to because they are one of the first projects to take advantage of
possibility to use Github as their main source repository and work with
their own issue tracker.
