[technology-pmc] EGit "works with" dependency to native git (for git-svn

Hi Technology PMC,

EGit is considering calling native Git for supporting git-svn.
I checked with EMO, and this seems to be a "works with" dependency
that should be discussed here.

The important point is that we neither intend to bundle Git, nor to
link against it, nor make it mandatory.

So, I guess this needs a +1 from here, or are there any other hoops
we have to jump through ;)?

(By the way, this is just to clarify if this would be a viable
path, I don't intend to implement this myself.)
