"workswith" as in "The Eclipse software does not require the third party
software to be present." The annotations contained in that JAR are not
evaluated by Aether itself but are provided to help interoperability with the
Plexus/Sisu IoC framework. If Plexus is not used, this annotation JAR isn't
needed at runtime either.
