Hi Igor. You did not provide any motivation to justify the nomination
of Milos as committer. Can you let us know what experience he has with
the project?
The normal process is that a developer contributes some patches that
are committed by an existing committer; after some time, the
contributor is invited to be a committer and their past accomplishments
are cited as justification. Or, a person who is a well known
subject-matter expert can be nominated with their related experience as
justification. Whatever the case, some justification must be provided.
In the future, please provide explicit justification with all
nominations.
