Re: [technology-pmc] PMC approval needed for committer vote for Ralf Sternberg

I hope I'm not being too anal or pedantic about this, but...
I notice in the bug report that several of the contributors are listed as only contributing 1%. Is it necessary/prudent/appropriate to grant them committer status for such a small contribution?

I hesitate to ask (because most of the names are well-known and already committers on other projects and there is probably not any practical harm), but if we want to make our committer approval process consistent we should be open and conscious about this kind of situation.
