[technology-pmc] EPF requests permission for DSDM contribution

Hi,

the DSDM Consortium has graciously offered
to contribute a DSDM plug-in to EPF.
We seek PMC approva for the contribution
so we can start IP due diligence process.

Attached is the DSDM plugin for OpenUP/Basic, version
0.9
This plugin contains DSDM material donated by the DSDM Consortium, along
with
additional materials written specifically for the plugin.
This material has passed an internal due dilligence report by the DSDM
Consortium, who have cleared the content for donation.
The materials donated will continue to carry a DSDM Consortium copyright
statement but may be freely distributed and edited under the EPL.
