[technology-pmc] EclipseCon tutorial?

Paul, Mary,
We (the Technology PMC) noticed that there is no proposal for a short 
tutorial for Higgins for EclipseCon 2007. While there are currently five 
proposals for three slots, we're still interested in evaluating a 
Higgins proposal as we think there would be demand from the audience. 
Could you get a proposal done in the next day or two?
