For Apache Batik, we are using the Eclipse Orbit update site.
Apache Batik is only needed when the bundle "org.eclipse.swtchart.extensions" is used.

Changes

A) Please create an Eclipse account and sign the ECA

B) Create an issue here
https://github.com/eclipse/swtchart/issues

C) Create a Pull Request

D) Wait for discussion and you issue to be merged

to resolve unmet dependencies involving org.apache.batik.Also After I apply my changes in the source code how do I push it for gerrit code review system and finally make a pull request.
