Good evening,

I would like to know how I could adjust the simulation so that this procedure does not occur.

Since it is a highway, vehicles do not block the road or try to "cut the line" to make a left turn. The lanes that go straight ahead are always free. In this case, it is preferable to have vehicles in the model that cannot enter the simulation and a queue in the left lane but always have the highway free.
