Re: [sumo-user] Density by edge

Hi,

you have the option to use sumo-gui or an external script to draw the map. In sumo-gui, you can use an edge data file from a previous simulation and colour the edges according to your liking (this is a separate option from "by live edge data"). Alternatively there is the plot_net_dump script which takes edge data as input as well. Edge data by itself is recorded using time intervals, so you define the period of aggregation in the edge data definition.

Best regards,

Mirko

Goodnight!

Initially, I wish everyone a 2025 full of achievements! May it be a very successful year.

I carried out a simulation and generated an xml file as output: edge data.

I would like to create a map with the average density data from the simulation, but the file depends on the simulation. I don't want to use "by live edge data" because I wouldn't like to capture the moment, but rather view the average simulation data. Could anyone help me with how to achieve this? Thank you in advance! Big hug!

Sds,

Pedro Oliveira
