it looks as if that junction is not connected to the rest of the network. Try dragging it in move mode and then merging it with another junction in the same place when the dialog comes up.

Yes, there is a junction there with an unknown type, as you can see below. I tried to change it to the "priority" but was unsuccessful. Please tell me how to do that.
