right-click on a train and select "Show Type Parameter". What are the values for "vehicle class" and "guiShape" ?

My trains used to look like trains and all of the sudden they don’t.  All of my other vehicles look like vehicles:

 

I am using the nightly version shown above.  Any idea what could have gone wrong?
