[sumo-user] Sumo Multi-Client Not Loading

Hi team,

I am having issues with trying to run a multi client sumo and I have configured it as shown below to run on the same port. But one of the clients is stuck and loading and as I am trying this for the first time, I am not sure if there is anything wrong with the python script itself. Thanks.
