Hello,

I am trying to examine the effect of variable speed limit signs on a road's flow and capacity. Is there such a test case in sumo?

Does someone know where I can find detailed and practical instructions for VSL implementation? (The rules of how speed limits are determined, the detector’s location and type, parameters calibration etc.)
