[sumo-user] SUMO does't work after being upgraded to 1.17.0

Hi,

I have used Homebrew to upgrade SUMO to the latest version 1.17.0, but I find it does not work in the command line any more. SUMO used to work well when the version in 1.16.0. Now it is reported that the command is not found; see the attached screenshot. How can I fix the problem?
