a) define a traffic light that quickly alternates between giving either stream a green phase

b) use TraCI to implement custom right-of-way behavior (i.e. by forcing some vehicles to stop and letting others ignore their right of way and an alternating pattern)

c) define the junction as "unregulated" which causes the conflicts to be ignored (note, that in this context unregulated means "no rules").

When I ran the simulation, the left-turn vehicles always waited within the junction and didn't cross the junction until the opposite straight-going vehicles finished crossing. How could I make the left-turn vehicles and the straight-going vehicles cross the junction alternately?
