Re: [sumo-user] osmWebWizard.py issues on Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04

Hi,

is your firefox installed as snap-package or as traditional deb package?

Firefox as snap-package does not allow to access local adresses outside /var/html.

Search the internet for e.g. "askubuntu firefox as tradional deb"

I'm running Ubunto 22.10 and OswmWebWizard works

Greetings Harald

Hi,
I am using osmWebWizard.py on Ubuntu 20.04 - Sumo 1.15 and it works fine.

On Ubuntu 22.04 - Sumo 1.16 Firefox starts but then it says: Firefox can't find the file at usr/share/sumo/tools/webWizard/index.html (see screenshot).

The path seems ok to me, are you able to reproduce the error?

Thanks.
