Hi,

Hope everything is well with you. I have used timeLoss to show my method's advantages. I read the document that timeLoss is the average time lost due to driving slower than desired (includes waitingTime).

I am confused that the average time lost of driving slower than desired. Is it represent the speed of the car minimum the max speed of the car
