[sumo-user] Vehicles appearing in different GUIs on sumo-gui

I want to display one vehicle in sumo-gui with a GUI different from other vehicles. 

In general, theIs there any way to change the GUI rather than the color of a specific vehicle? method of changing the GUI of a vehicle will change the GUI of all vehicles. 

Is there any way to change the GUI rather than the color of a specific vehicle? 

We will use that particular vehicle as a stationary vehicle (using it as an obstacle). Or is there a way to get the vehicle's information with a command such as 'traci.vehicle.getLeaders' and make the GUI look different?
