Adding config entry <time-to-teleport value="-1"/> disables waiting-related teleporting.

I’m new to SUMO and mostly working in NetEdit.

 

Right now I’m trying to remove the teleportation of a vehicle when it is waiting at a traffic light, but I don’t manage to get the “time-to-teleport” to work.

 

Hopefully I’m making some kind of simple mistake, but with my knowledge, I can’t figure it out.
