Hello,

- pedestrians ignore the yellow light (In germany there are only two colors for pedestrians).

- pedestrians on the junction keep walking when it switches to red so you could simply replace your yellow phase with more red to get the desired behavior

- if you need a visual indicator for this "yellow" phase of yours you can use state "u" (red/yellow) which is treated like red but is shown as orange.
