Re: [sumo-user] How to disable SUMO output files

Hi Alex,

the tmp file looks like the output of strace.

strace is used to log all system calls of a running Linux program.

Which versions of Linux and Sumo are you using?

Greetings, Harald

Hello,

Does anyone have an answer to this? I've attached an output file below.

Thank you,

Hello,

When I am running a simulation using SUMO, an output file gets written to the /tmp folder, with the info from the traffic simulation. For example, this file will be named "/tmp/sumoK5jkYu" or "/tmp/sumoFOXgUo".

Currently, I have to manually delete these files every few days as they take up too much disk space. Is there a way to disable this output file?

Thank you,
Alex
