Things you can do

a) use netedit connection mode to define connections at that junction

b) right-click on the junction in inspect mode and select 'reset connections', then press F5 to recompute them

in NetEdit I want to turn a junction/cluster into a traffic light. With
clicking on the "Create"-button, I get the following error message:
"The traffic light 'cluster_...' does not control any links; it will not be
build."

I know that it's possible to edit the code/file and add the links by hand.
Is there maybe another way to edit it within NetEdit/SUMO - so I don't need
to edit the code/file?
