[sumo-user] Traffic light phases (durations)

Hello,

a colleague wants to implement a traffic light logic program (type
"actuated") and generated the matching phases/program. A cutout of the
phases as following:

<phase duration="03" state="rrrGG"/>
<phase duration="25" state="rrrGG"/>
<phase duration="01" state="rrrGG"/>

When loading the file into NetEdit, all of the durations from the phases
(with the same state) are added. Is there a way that this phase definitions
can be used without an addition of the durations?
