Re: [sumo-user] Loading pedestrian flows

Thank you for your response Jakob. I saved the new routesampler from Github and on following the steps on the tutorial I get the following error as seen in the screenshot below.

What might be the issue with the tool?

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Hello,
the latest release (1.9.0) only provides tools for building a vehicular scenario from traffic counts.
However, in the very latest development version, the routeSampler tool supports option --pedestrians to achieve your aim.
You could simply replace your version with this one: https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/blob/master/tools/routeSampler.py

Jakob

I am relatively new to sumo and I'm having trouble inputting pedestrians from traffic counts.

I have raw numbers and I can't seem to find away to load the figures and route them through the network since I have no origin or destination for them.

Is there a tool that can make the above possible.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Regards,

Isaac K
