Using the 4-parameter definition speedFactor="normc(mean,dev,min,max)" you can change the cut-offs.

I want to consider the effect of the speed factor on a flow. The point didn't get clear even after reading the manual in which the speed factor and speed deviation addressed. Do you think changing the cut-offs is possible?
