Are you running your script a second time to start the second simulation or is your script run only once and tries to start multiple simulations?

In the latter case you must call traci.close() before starting a new simulation.

After running the Python File TraCi, the first simulation works as usual.
After closing the GUI and starting a second simulation, it suddenly stops at
a random point of time. (It also affects my computer - so I am not able to
close the GUI and sometimes some other programs as well.) This happens with
every second simulation.

What might cause this problem? Is there maybe a "hidden" cache, which needs
to be emptied first?
