Buslanes should be imported automatically if tagged with key "busway" and value "left", "right" or "both". If it isn't working for your osm snippet, please provide geo-coordinates or attach a small osm xml file directly.

If you just want to edit the network in netedit, you can right-click the edge and select “edge operations -> add reverse direction for edge”. Then right-click the added edge and select
“lane operations -> transform to restricted lane -> buslane”. If you need to change multiple edges, you can first select all edges with the selection mode and then follow the two previous steps.
Or are you importing the network from osm and you want to make the changes in the building process?

In my current street network there is a way which is shown as a one-way-street for cars in NetEdit. In Google Maps you can see that there is another lane (in the opposite direction) only for busses. What needs to be changed, added oder
tagged differently to include the bus lane as well? The way is currently tagged as following:
