[sumo-user] Manual reroute by Effort

Hey everyone,

I was reading past emails where they asked about rerouting by effort.

I am using TraaS, and when calling rerouteEffort with vehicle id, I do not see the vehicle re-routing even when the effort on all other edges is smaller than the ones it has already taken.

Could it be because the route/flow is fixed, and it can not go against the rule of the defined route?
