[sumo-user] Mesoscopic; same edges, different intersections; identical statistics

I'm running mesoscopic simulations on road networks in which the
different road networks have all the same edges, but the intersections
may vary: either all priority; or traffic lights, with varying
offsets; or priority with restrictions on the allowed turns. The
statistics, such as average trip duration, I'm getting are, with the
exception of the nodes with restricted allowed turning directions, all
identical. That is, the statistics don't depend at all on the traffic
light offsets or even absence of traffic lights. (In microscopic
simulations, these differences do clearly matter.)

This seems surprising. However, I can't find a bug.

Is this expected for mesoscopic simulations?
