You could use the street name or the "ref" param (secondary road name) together with proximity and angle.

I try to extract road network from OSM. In my research context, I need to process the opposite roads. However, in some OSM cases, these roads are assigned with independent id like the pic below. I would like to know how can I identify the roads as a road group with opposite directions?
