If your network contains unconnected components, trips between these components will be filtered out after the initial trip generation when using option -r or --validate and this will manifest as skipped ids.

I currently met a problem when I assign the random trip into a network by using randomTrips.py. Normally, the generated vehicle ID in the route file would distribute from 1 to the end successively. But now, in my route file, some vehicle IDs were skipped. Has anyone also met this problem before? Are there some methods to solve this?
