[sumo-user] busline definition by route Error regarding stop

hi.

when defining a route on already present stops

I get an 

Error: no declaration found for element 'stop'

pointing to one of the busstops in the route definition.

these stops have been used before successfully, only the route has been redefined

any hints on the cause/debugging?
