I'm wondering when I know a junction's id how to get its connected edges' ids?

I checked Traci python doc but didn't find anything related.

I also found an archived email discussing about it. The questioner mentioned something about "edgeA.getToNode().getOutgoing()" and I think that might work for me. But I checked the source code and it seems like they are c++ code. So do we have similar function/method in Traci python?
