[sumo-user] Get Incoming Lanes of an Edge

Hi,

I am aware that for a traffic light, you could retrieve the incoming
lanes by using getControlledLanes in TraCI.

Is there a similar function for Edges? To find the incoming lanes of
an Edge or a junction without traffic lights?
